The fee
Sellers pay 10% of the item price (minimum $5) per completed sale, plus a flat $10 shipping deduction. That fee covers escrow, fraud protection, payment processing, dispute mediation, and customer support.
Buyers pay nothing on top. The full purchase price is on the listing.

When you get paid
Payouts release the moment the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically 3 days after delivery if they don't respond. Stripe Connect then settles to your bank account on its standard 2-business-day rolling schedule.
First payout for a brand-new seller can take up to 7 business days while Stripe completes account verification. After that, it's standard 2-day.
Refunds
If a dispute resolves in the buyer's favor, the refund comes out of escrow — not the seller's bank account — so there's no clawback drama. See Returns for what qualifies.
Cancellations before shipment: full refund to the buyer, no fee to the seller.
