Prepaid labels, real tracking, always free.

Once an item sells, the seller receives an email with purchase details and a prepaid, pre-addressed USPS Ground Advantage label.

Sellers are expected to ship within 2 business days of sale. If an item hasn't shipped within 7 days, the order is auto-cancelled and the buyer refunded in full.

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days). Buyers receive a tracking number in their purchase confirmation email and can follow delivery status directly on the site.

All paddles ship free. The seller's label cost is already baked into the listing price — the buyer pays nothing extra at checkout.

Any appropriately sized package up to 1 pound works. We recommend a #6 mailer (Target or Walmart) with protective padding for safe delivery.

The Pickleball Swap currently supports shipping within the United States only.

Once shipped, all packages are in USPS's care. Buyers should use the tracking number to follow their package.

If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match its listing, buyers may open a case within 3 days of delivery. See Returns.
